The True Meeting of I and Thou: the Realization Process Relationship Workshop

Deepening Our Relationships Through Embodied Nondual Awakening

With Judith Blackstone

November 1-5, 2014

At the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Hotel

Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico (near Santa Fe)

Nondual awakening is the revelation of our own nature as subtle, unbounded consciousness, pervading our body and environment as a unified whole. This workshop shows how this realization deepens and refines our capacity for contact: with ourselves, with our environment, and with other human beings. Judith will teach a series of attunement practices, called the Realization Process, for directly experiencing nonduality, and for connecting with another person in this primary dimension of our being.

In the Realization Process, the radical openness of nonduality is realized through inward contact with one’s own body. By fully embodying nondual consciousness, we uncover a qualitative, authentic experience of ourselves as individuals at the same time as we transcend our individuality. When two people attune to nondual consciousness together, they experience mutual transparency: a single expanse of consciousness pervading them both as a unity. They also experience resonant connection between the essential qualities of their being, such as intelligence, love, and physical sensation.

As the embodiment of nondual consciousness, we find our true boundaries: we experience internal wholeness at the same time as we experience oneness with our environment. We also relate to others with less projection, with more subtle perception, and with increased empathy, intuition and compassion. The workshop will also teach how nondual awakening can help heal specific imbalances and conflicts in all types of relationships, including intimate, familial, therapeutic, and professional.

You do not have to bring a partner in order to attend the workshop.

Realization Process Embodiment Tele-Training

Realization Process Embodiment

Teacher Training/Certification

Tele-Course

With Judith Blackstone

The Realization Process is an integrated approach to psychological healing, embodiment, and spiritual awakening. It is a unique series of body-centered meditative practices for realizing spiritual unity, releasing somatically-bound psychological patterns, and awakening the clear light of nondual consciousness in the whole body.

This training teaches the Embodiment aspect of the Realization Process. The emphasis will be on applying the Realization Process attunement practices to developing fluidity, ease, balance and wholeness. When we embody nondual consciousness, we perceive, understand, touch and move with our whole being.

In this practice, we realize nondual consciousness through deep contact with the internal space of the body. In this way, we deepen contact with ourselves as individuals at the same time as we transcend our individuality. We become both empty and present at the same time. We experience both our own body and everything around us as made of the same empty, luminous spaciousness.

A certificate will be awarded at the completion of the course, authorizing you to teach the Embodiment aspect of the Realization Process.

Schedule – Six months: October-November, 2013; January-April, 2014

Tuition: $1200

To register, you may pay a $400 deposit at this link:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=7SPUFPDLLJX44

The deposit is refundable, minus a $50 administrative charge, if you cancel by September 15. Full tuition is due by September 25 and is non-refundable, except in emergencies.

You can also mail the deposit to Judith Blackstone, PO Box 1209, Woodstock, NY 12498 (please include your phone number and email address with your check).

For more information: reply to this email or call Judith at 845-679-7005.

—Sally Kempton, author of Meditation for the Love of It

“A subtle and searching book about the spiritual soul in all of us, the part that sees through the veils yet may have suffered greatly because of it. With sensitivity and warm insight, Judith Blackstone shows us how to develop our gifts of spiritual sensitivity, emotional depth, and courageous insight. A book to love and treasure, a sure and tender guide on the path to our own deepest spiritual unfolding and realization of the beauty and wonder of life.”
–Reggie Ray, author of Touching Enlightenment

“This book lucidly reveals the most profound insight known to humankind: that we are made of the luminosity of awareness itself. Drawing on a lifelong spiritual journey and decades of teaching experience, Dr. Blackstone is uniquely qualified to illumine the healing power of non-dual awareness. She gives special emphasis to the work involved in repairing the injuries that often happen on the journey into self-realization—especially those that befall us in childhood as open, defenseless, and sensitive beings. Dr. Blackstone shows us how to explore all the subtle dimensions of what it is to be an embodied human being who lives in meaningful relationship with others, while remaining fully immersed in the state of pure awareness. I highly recommend this book as a path to realization in its own right.”

“I love this book. Embodiment is the next frontier in terms of our Western understanding and evolution of consciousness, and Judith Blackstone escorts us into this new wave with brilliance, radiance, and wisdom. Rare is a book on embodiment that integrates deep non-dual wisdom with a gentle and powerful knowledge of how to awaken consciousness in the body.”

Stillness Moving

A Five-day Movement/Embodiment Workshop
Based on the Realization Process
Taught by Judith Blackstone

June 23-27, 2012

Wildcat Studio, 8th Street in Berkeley, California

This workshop will teach the Realization Process embodiment and movement exercises for inhabiting the body, attuning to and moving through the “subtle circuitry” of energy channels and chakras, and integrating the body, breath and consciousness.

These practices develop fluidity, balance, presence and expressiveness. They can help heal imbalances and release tensions from the body. They integrate physical sensation, emotion and awareness so that you can move with the full breadth of your being.

They can also help you open to the most subtle, fundamental dimension of your being. Wherever you are in contact with the internal space of your body, you are also open to the world around you. When you inhabit your whole body at once, you uncover a level of transparency, of subtle consciousness, pervading your body and environment as a unity.

Cost – $600 (does not include lodging)

To register, send a check for $200 to Judith Blackstone, PO Box 1209, Woodstock, NY 12498. Please include your email address and phone number.

Or pay online at www.realizationcenter.com (the events page).
