—Sally Kempton, author of Meditation for the Love of It

“A subtle and searching book about the spiritual soul in all of us, the part that sees through the veils yet may have suffered greatly because of it. With sensitivity and warm insight, Judith Blackstone shows us how to develop our gifts of spiritual sensitivity, emotional depth, and courageous insight. A book to love and treasure, a sure and tender guide on the path to our own deepest spiritual unfolding and realization of the beauty and wonder of life.”
–Reggie Ray, author of Touching Enlightenment

“This book lucidly reveals the most profound insight known to humankind: that we are made of the luminosity of awareness itself. Drawing on a lifelong spiritual journey and decades of teaching experience, Dr. Blackstone is uniquely qualified to illumine the healing power of non-dual awareness. She gives special emphasis to the work involved in repairing the injuries that often happen on the journey into self-realization—especially those that befall us in childhood as open, defenseless, and sensitive beings. Dr. Blackstone shows us how to explore all the subtle dimensions of what it is to be an embodied human being who lives in meaningful relationship with others, while remaining fully immersed in the state of pure awareness. I highly recommend this book as a path to realization in its own right.”
—Peter Fenner, PhD, author of Radiant Mind, The Edge of Certainty, and Essential Wisdom Teachings

“I love this book. Embodiment is the next frontier in terms of our Western understanding and evolution of consciousness, and Judith Blackstone escorts us into this new wave with brilliance, radiance, and wisdom. Rare is a book on embodiment that integrates deep non-dual wisdom with a gentle and powerful knowledge of how to awaken consciousness in the body.”
—Mariana Caplan, PhD, author of Eyes Wide Open and The Guru Question

  1. Deb Wingert says:

I started reading your book last night and into just a few paragraphs I was astounded. It was like you’d been watching my life unfold. All my life I’ve been overly sensitive to other’s pain — and bullies. I wish I would’ve found this before.

  2. Dhanish Truman says:

Judith’s new book is fabulous. Being a sensitive person (Projector -Human Design) I was always searching for answers – which I never found – until I read this book. This book carries sensitivity to a new height of enchantment. The example of living sensitive people who underwent the Realization process with Judith gives the book more weight and colour. Very practical and down to earth.
